My overall shorts (on sale under $100) have been a huge player in my summer style line-up, but that doesn’t mean I have to pack them away at the end of summer! Get creative with some of your colder-weather staples to make your overalls work well into fall. Here are three pieces to pair with this summer staple to make a smooth transition into next season:

A structured blazer: I’ve always loved the look of an oversized blazer layered over overalls. There’s something so fresh about the tailored sophistication of a blazer with the casual, throwback feel of overalls. Add a long blazer over these shorts for an updated twist.

Over-the-knee boots: The secret weapon to be able to rock any higher-hemmed items into autumn – over-the-knee boots! I have them in multiple colors, heel heights, and styles but they all still get a ton of wear. Love the color of this pair!
